About This Event
Eat Simply So Others Can Simply Eat
We invite you . . .
The Palm Beach County Food Bank invites you to be part of Empty Bowls Palm Beach, a grassroots effort to turn hunger into hope in our community.
- Hunger is up 10% this year in Palm Beach County. One in nine people struggles to put food on the table, and one in six children will go to bed hungry tonight.
- The Food Bank works with 200 partner agencies, including schools, soup kitchens, food pantries, afterschool programs, and libraries, to provide nutritious, supplemental food for our neighbors in need.
- During our 2024-2025 fiscal year, the Food Bank distributed 11.7 million meals.
Volunteer and event leadership is comprised of people who can make a difference!
We’re Back for our 13th Year!
Palm Beach Empty Bowls will be held at The Church of Bethesda-by-the-Sea, one of Palm Beach’s most impressive historic landmarks, on Friday, February 6th, from 11 am – 2 pm. Guests can socialize with friends in the beautiful church courtyard, one of Palm Beach’s magical outdoor spaces.
- Guests will delight in scrumptious soups, bread, and cookies from our bakers, hotels, private clubs, and restaurants. As always, we will gather to remember the thousands of children, families, and seniors whose next meal would be an empty bowl without our help.
- The media loves Empty Bowls! In 2025, we were covered in nearly 50 print and television news stories and calendar listings, including publications such as Palm Beach Illustrated, Florida Weekly, Palm Beach Post, Jupiter Magazine, and local news stations, yielding millions in viewership.
- Participation is what counts! In 2025, attendance was over 550.
- Over the past 12 years, Empty Bowls has raised $1.1 million for hunger relief.
